Caroline Ellwood, a long standing supporter of the Trust, has kindly developed some delicious recipes for you to try. Caroline has worked in the food industry for many years, writing cookery books for Marks & Spencers, Sainsburys and many others. She was also the home economist for Ken Hom and Keith Floyd, so we are in good hands.
