Afternoon Tea For Sara Lee

Host your own Afternoon Tea, virtually or in your home and help support local people this summer.

Host a Virtual Afternoon Tea

Ask your friends, family and colleagues to pour themselves a cup of tea, grab a cake (or two!), join you online and donate what they would normally spend on a trip to their local café to The Sara Lee Trust instead.

Add some extra fun to your Afternoon Tea For Sara Lee:
  • Have a fancy dress competition over your web cams
  • Host a quiz
  • Stream a live bake-a-long

Host an Afternoon Tea
in your Garden or Home

Ask your friends, family or colleagues to join you for Afternoon Tea For Sara Lee. You provide the tea and cake and they make a donation to The Sara Lee Trust.

As of the 17th of May, the Government will be easing limits on gatherings. Outdoor gatherings will be limited to 30 people and indoor gatherings will be limited to 6 people or 2 households (each household can include a support bubble, if eligible).

Instead of instructing you to stay 2m apart from anyone you don’t live with, the government is encouraging you to exercise caution and consider the guidance on risks associated with COVID-19 and actions you can take to help keep you and your loved ones safe. Remember that the risks of close contact may be greater for some people than others and in some settings and circumstances, there will be specific guidance that you will need to follow even when you are with friends and family. Please see the Government’s Guidance for more information.
