Participant Guidelines

Maximum weight of jumpers: 120kg (19 stone). Participants will be weighed to ensure the correct bungee rope is used.
Minimum age 14 years: Jumpers aged 14 and 15 years will require a parent or guardian to be present. Signed permission forms and non-standard waiver are also required.
Jumpers 50 years and above: Medical advice should be sought prior to the event, to ensure there are no medical reasons for you not to take part.

Weather
High winds or heavy rain may prevent the jump going ahead. Our Fundraising team will be in contact if the event needs to be postponed.

Dress Code
Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day, as there may not be shelter on site. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear for the jump. Please note boots are not suitable as they may interfere with the harness. Glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn during the jump.

Duration
After registration, you will be allocated a bungee time slot. Jumps usually take place within an hour of registration. Safety checks, briefing and harnessing will take a few minutes and the jump itself lasts just a few heart-stopping seconds. Jumpers are welcome to bring as many spectators as they like.

Additional information
This event is not suitable for those who suffer from high blood pressure, heart conditions, dizziness, epilepsy, asthma, neurological conditions, diabetes, or people who are pregnant.

If you suffer from one of these conditions, please seek medical advice and provide us with a medical certificate before the jump. You should also seek medical advice if you suffer from damage to the neck, back, ankles or eyes. If you are taking any medication, you must inform the operator.
